AI-Powered Teams Meeting Workflow

We built a Microsoft Power Automate workflow that triggers on Teams meeting completion (or scheduled triggers) and uses the "Get meeting intelligence" Teams action to extract Co-Pilot summaries, decisions, and action items. The workflow formats the content into a clean email — decisions as bullet points, action items with owners — and sends it to a configured distribution group via Outlook.

The result: post-meeting follow-up emails generated and distributed without manual writeups, while still using the rich AI summaries Teams already produces internally.
