How we work
DevOps engagements are usually one of three patterns: a one-time setup (4-8 weeks to migrate or build production infrastructure), an audit-and-fix engagement (2-4 weeks to identify and resolve specific issues), or an ongoing retainer for continuous optimization.
We work with your existing cloud accounts and tooling. We do not move your infrastructure to a different cloud provider unless there is a clear technical or cost reason. We document everything so your team can take operations in-house when ready.
For startups, we recommend simpler architectures than most DevOps consultants — Docker on a single ECS cluster handles what most SMB SaaS products need without the operational complexity of full Kubernetes setups. We will recommend complexity only when you actually need it.
