Do you require upfront payment?
Fixed-scope projects: typically 30-40% deposit, then milestone-based payments. Retainers: monthly in advance. Dedicated developers: monthly.
What if the project goes over scope?
Change requests get a quick estimate; you decide whether to add them to the current sprint or defer. We do not surprise-bill.
Can I switch between models?
Yes. Most clients start with a fixed-scope build and move to retainer or dedicated-developer as the product grows.
What happens at the end of a project?
Full handover: documented codebase, deployment runbook, recorded walkthrough. You can take it in-house, hand it to another agency, or keep us on a retainer. No contractual lock-in.
Do you sign NDAs?

How do payments work for international clients?
Standard international wire and transfer options, milestone billing for projects, clear SOWs. We work with US, UK, EU, and other clients regularly - we will match what your finance team is used to.
Are AI API costs included in the project price?
API costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are passed through at cost - not marked up. We project monthly API costs as part of discovery and set hard cost limits in code so a runaway prompt cannot generate a $10K bill overnight.
