What we build
When you need engineering capacity that joins your existing team rather than running separate projects, we provide dedicated developers on a monthly engagement. The developer joins your standups, your Slack, your tooling, and ships features alongside your in-house team.
Our developers are typically mid-level (1-3 years experience) with founder-led oversight on architecture decisions, code review, and production deployments. The model works because the senior judgment is centralized at the founder level — you get implementation capacity at mid-level rates with senior architectural review built in.

How we work
Monthly engagement, 3-month minimum. The developer is allocated to your project for the engagement period — they do not context-switch across multiple clients in a day. Architecture decisions and code review go through Prakhar (founder); your developer ships under that oversight.
Communication is direct. The developer joins your tools and meetings. Weekly written updates from the developer; architectural and timeline decisions reviewed at the founder level when needed.
You can extend month-to-month after the initial 3 months, scale the team up or down as needs change, or end the engagement and we will do a clean handoff.
