We're not a body shop. We're a small, founder-led team shipping real products across engineering, design, and go-to-market. Here's what that means for you.
Real production work, not throwaway projects
We ship products clients actually use - SaaS platforms, AI integrations, automation systems, mobile apps. Not slide decks, not throwaway prototypes. You build things that run in production with real users.
Direct exposure to clients
Our team works directly with founders and ops teams at SMBs across the US, UK, EU, and India. You won't be three layers removed from the customer. You learn how clients think, what they actually need, and how to communicate clearly.
Real engineering and design depth
Founder-led code review on every project. Production deployments you can speak to in interviews. Architecture and design decisions made with real tradeoffs. We hire people and grow them, not body-shop them.
Modern stack, real ownership
Laravel, Next.js, React Native, Node.js, AWS, OpenAI/Claude, n8n, Power Automate - and whatever the project actually needs. You own features end-to-end and ship them.

Common questions
How fast do you respond to applications?
We aim to respond to every application within 5 business days. If we want to talk, you'll hear from us within a week. If we're not a fit right now, we'll tell you - and we keep all applications on file for future roles.
Do you sponsor work visas?
Currently we're hiring for our Dehradun, India office. We don't sponsor international visas at this time, but if you're already in India and willing to relocate to Dehradun, we'd love to hear from you.
What's the interview process?
For most roles: a screening call with our HR/BDM team, a technical or role-specific conversation with the relevant team, a paid take-home or live exercise (depending on the role), and a final conversation with Prakhar. The whole process typically takes 2-3 weeks. For internships, the process is shorter - usually a screening call and a technical conversation.
Is the role remote, hybrid, or in-office?
All current roles are onsite at our Dehradun office. Internships are on-site so interns can learn through proximity to the team. We may consider hybrid arrangements for senior engineers, but onsite is our default.
What does compensation look like?
We pay competitive Dehradun-market rates for our level. Senior roles earn above local market. Internships include a stipend. We discuss specifics in the screening call once we know the role and your level.
